The outer box was dinged up but they do a great job packaging it so the actual unit was in perfect shape.I had an initial issue with the passcode. Customer service couldn’t have been more helpful offering written assistance, video explanations and offer of video call to trouble shoot. The kicker; I had goofed and missed a step, they were still so kind and understanding!There was a small issue but the door but was easily remedied with the help of their after-sales team.Customer service is very prompt, courteous, helpful and fair. This customer service and dedication has made me a dedicated customer!The safe would easily hold 5 rifles, the lock box on top is a nice size.
