Have no clue about the comfort! My Mom is small, and 96, and bedridden, with dementia. These are technically too big, but we don't have to move her as much to get the proper coverage, so we prefer the Large size. She has severe arthritis and complex regional pain syndrome, so moving is very painful. Absorbency is excellent, as is leak protection. I doubt anything is truly comfortable for her, but that would be true of any brief we use. Very glad we found Abena, whether Abri-Form or Delta-Form, as they're better than any others we've tried.Good value for money and quite comfortable, more discreet than other brands but don't hold as muchThis product says plastic backed, which is why I bought them, I open the package and see they are the cheap breathable ones.
